The Procurement Specialist is responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate support to customers by managing orders, coordinating internal communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, operations, and logistics to support the commitment to quality, efficiency, and sustainable packaging solutions.

• The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiries.
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders accurately in ERP and related systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and documentation.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotes, order confirmations, and reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and internal procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service processes.
