Role Overview We are seeking a high-impact Project / Operations Manager to drive talent strategy and foster a culture that empowers high-performing teams to excel. Working at the intersection of Strategy, HR, and Leadership, you will lead the initiatives that define our workplace—from onboarding to organizational engagement.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Strategy & Excellence
- Partner with leadership and Business HR to execute talent plans, including sponsorship and career development pathways.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience to integrate new talent into our research culture.
- Implement engagement and wellbeing strategies aligned with broader R&D and governance structures.
- Lead project coordination for global employee surveys, feedback sessions, recognition programs, and leadership forums.
- Build and manage SharePoint and Unily sites to ensure organizational transparency and communication.
- Metrics & Analytics: Track and report on KPIs related to engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps to optimize the employee experience.
- Change Leadership: Support change management efforts as new cultural programs or organizational initiatives are rolled out.
- Experience: 5+ years of project or operations management experience (Life Sciences or technical environments preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Technical Skillset: Comfort with data analytics and proficiency in digital tools like SharePoint or Unily.
- Leadership Style: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with leaders to execute talent strategy plans, including talent support/sponsorship, onboarding, and career development programs.
• Implement strategy and plans for culture and engagement, in alignment with Discovery Research and R&D strategies, governance structure, project management structure and progress reporting.
• Develop and manage processes for measuring and improving employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational culture within Discovery Research.
• Lead project coordination for culture and engagement initiatives (e.g., employee surveys, feedback sessions, recognition programs, onboarding, leadership forums).
• Support and/or build SharePoint and Unily sites for complete transparency and communication across organization.
• Track, analyze, and report metrics related to engagement, retention, and talent development.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in talent and culture-related processes.
• Support change management efforts as new programs or initiatives are rolled out.
