Randstad is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance in Hauppauge, NY, to lead a U.S. subsidiary for a global product leader. You will manage FP&A, accounting, and a local team while driving a major ERP implementation. Requires 10+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing. A CPA/MBA is preferred for this high-impact, on-site leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership: Partner with the General Manager and department leaders on commercial, operational, and investment decisions.
  
  
• Financial Stewardship: Lead the U.S. finance function, encompassing accounting, FP&A, cash flow, and internal controls.
  
  
• Operational Excellence: Oversee material and inventory management, costing, and gross-margin analysis to drive profitability.
  
  
• System Transformation: Lead and manage the implementation of a new ERP system while working closely with the parent company to meet global standards.
  
  
• Reporting & Compliance: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely, accurate reporting to local management and global headquarters.
  
  
• People & Administration: Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team. Provide executive oversight of HR administration through a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partnership.
