Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking a high-impact Business Analyst to lead Operational Risk Assessments across our Consumer Bank portfolio. This isn't a role for someone who wants to hide behind a spreadsheet—we need a facilitator who can command a room, align stakeholders, and drive critical risk initiatives to completion.

salary: $45.76 - $55.82 per hour

Responsibilities
- This role will be facilitating operational risk assessments across various Consumer Bank processes.
- Day to day responsibilities include identifying and gathering stakeholders, reviewing process maps and documentation to inform risk and control documentation, eliciting feedback from stakeholders, and engaging control partners for review and approvals.
- The BA will be setting up workshops to work through the different stages of the risks assessments and additional ad-hoc
- working sessions as needed.
- The expectation is for BA to facilitate 2-3 risk assessment concurrently through the contract period.
