Responsibilities
- Support the administration of diverse benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary options.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding plan eligibility, enrollment, and coverage details.
- Manage life event processing, including necessary system updates and follow-up communications.
- Provide administrative oversight for leave programs, including FMLA, short-term disability, and various state or local statutory leaves.
- Facilitate employee communications regarding leave status, required documentation, and return-to-work timelines.
- Help prepare documentation for audits and generate reports related to plan administration.
- Coordinate with recordkeepers and payroll to ensure the accurate processing of all plan contributions
- Provide administrative assistance to the Total Rewards team on special projects or during peak workload periods.
