We are looking for a Staff Accountant who is ready to jump in and grow with us. One of our team members has recently taken a leave, creating a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to step into a well-organized role, ramp up quickly, and work directly under our Controller.
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Property Accounting: Manage the full cycle of accounting for a portfolio of out-of-state industrial properties.
- AP/AR & Bookkeeping: Handle the day-to-day financial pulse of our assets, ensuring all payables and receivables are processed accurately and timely.
- Financial Integration: Work closely with the Controller to assist with the onboarding and financial setup of new acquisitions.
- Software Management: Navigate and maintain records within Yardi (for property management) and QuickBooks (for operating entities).
- Growth Track: Take the time to learn the nuances of our business model with the goal of taking on more complex financial responsibilities as you grow with the firm.
