In this role, you won't just be "doing the books." You will be the financial guardian of a high-growth portfolio. You’ll take full ownership of Full-Cycle Accounting, from navigating complex Escrows and Amortizations to providing the critical Variance Analysis that ownership relies on to drive NOI.

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes for a portfolio of multifamily properties.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate balance sheets, income statements, and budget-to-actual variance reports.
- Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, oversee bank reconciliations, and manage intercompany transfers.
- Operational Support: Assist with property onboarding/offboarding for acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring seamless transitions for utility and vendor accounts.
- Compliance & Audit: Coordinate with onsite managers to ensure proper AR/AP coding and provide support for annual external audits and tax preparation.
