Responsibilities

Financial Support (Accounting)

• AP Management: Streamline the vendor invoice process, from initial scanning and documentation to final payment processing.
  
  
• Revenue Support: Record and process incoming customer payments and ensure checks are deposited accurately.
  
  
• Audit Readiness: Maintain impeccable digital and physical financial records to support the accounting team during reviews.
  
  

Corporate Operations (Administrative)

• Front Office Ambassadorship: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage a professional multi-line phone system.
  
  
• Logistics & Mail: Manage the lifecycle of all corporate correspondence, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing shipments.
  
  
• Cross-Departmental Support: Provide high-level data entry and administrative overflow support to ensure all departments meet their deadlines.
