- Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in document preparation and figure reconciliation is a must.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial title files from inception to post-closing.
- Prepare and review closing statements (CDs/ALTA), deeds, affidavits, and other essential closing documents.
- Coordinate with lenders to obtain funding authorization and ensure all conditions are met.
- Conduct thorough title exams and clear complex title requirements.
- Facilitate the recording of legal documents and the issuance of title policies.
- Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and corporate entities.
