Role Overview:
As a Residential Title Closer, you will manage the end-to-end closing process for residential properties. You will be the point of contact for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders, ensuring that the dream of homeownership is realized through a seamless, error-free closing experience.
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility: Residential real estate moves fast. Candidates must be willing to work outside of standard hours during heavy month-end cycles or to accommodate specific closing deadlines.
- Experience: Significant experience in Residential Title Closing within the state of Florida is required.
- Florida Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with Florida-specific statutes, homestead laws, and residential title standards.
- Exceptional Team Player: You will be joining a tight-knit team where collaboration is the key to success. A "how can I help?" attitude is mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in numerical data entry and document review to prevent post-closing issues.
- Customer Service: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while providing a positive experience for first-time or seasoned homebuyers.

Responsibilities
- Process residential files from contract to post-closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare Closing Disclosures (CD), ALTA settlement statements, and all necessary conveyance documents.
- Review title commitments, identify requirements, and proactively clear title defects (liens, judgments, etc.).
- Coordinate and conduct formal closing ceremonies, explaining documents clearly to parties involved.
- Balance files, initiate wires, and manage the disbursement of funds with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain constant communication with Realtors and Lenders to provide status updates.
