Responsibilities
- Background Screening Management: Execute end-to-end reviews of background screenings for contractors, ensuring every check aligns with firmwide compliance protocols.
- Onboarding Coordination: Partner with third-party suppliers to facilitate smooth onboarding transitions, acting as the primary point of contact for screening status.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between external suppliers, internal engagement teams, and HR stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or delays in the screening process.
- SLA Adherence: Maintain high productivity levels while meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in a high-volume corporate environment.
- Issue Resolution: Evaluate complex screening results and provide independent recommendations for resolution. Escalate high-risk issues to the Compliance Senior Associate as needed.
- Operational Support: Assist with broader HRSSC compliance tasks, which may include National Debt and Departures, Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and LMS administration.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records and high-quality documentation to support internal audits and compliance reporting.
