Key Responsibilities

• Drive Production: Oversee daily shift activities, ensuring output targets, quality specs, and delivery schedules are hit.
• Lead the Team: Supervise, coach, and develop a diverse crew of operators; manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Optimize Flow: Implement Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen) to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce waste.
• Technical Oversight: Monitor CNC machining, injection molding, and automated assembly to ensure peak efficiency (OEE).
• Safety & Quality: Enforce ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance; lead root cause analysis for any deviations.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
