Due to significant growth, they are seeking a Director of Operations to take the helm of their day-to-day activities. This is a rare opportunity for a high-level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) professional to lead a recession-proof, high-margin division where safety and precision are the only benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Drive Execution: Oversee all on-site operations for specialized medical gas and commercial plumbing projects across Florida.
  
  
• Compliance Leadership: Serve as the final word on NFPA 99 and AHCA standards, ensuring every installation exceeds life-safety requirements.
  
  
• Operational Strategy: Optimize P&L, resource allocation, and labor workflows to maximize a $200k+ compensation-worthy impact.
  
  
• Team Development: Lead an elite team of certified technicians, project managers, office team including Controller and Director of Procurement  in a culture where "everyone wins."
