Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our TA Governance & Oversight team. This is a critical Internal Controls role focused on the effective design, implementation, and operation of controls to ensure business activities remain compliant with regulatory and policy guidelines.
As an IC-5 level professional, you will be responsible for identifying defects, monitoring control effectiveness, and recommending strategic actions to mitigate risk across the division. Key Qualifications

- Analytical Skills: solid ability to identify issues, solve complex problems, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Communication: Excellent documentation skills and the ability to present technical findings clearly to management.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Control Testing & Implementation: Support the development and testing of controls using relevant platforms, identifying defects, and evaluating overall effectiveness.
- Audit Support: Provide facilitation and analytical support for internal and external audit activities, including driving risk mitigation initiatives in response to audit findings.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Thoroughly document all findings and develop monthly management dashboards and reports to visualize control health.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Training & Awareness: Provide education to crew members regarding audit and control issues to foster a culture of compliance and awareness.
- Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects and additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
