MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience in credit analysis, collections, or financial risk management.
- Competencies: * Developing proficiency in financial data evaluation.
- Professional judgment and the ability to work under general instruction.
- Excellent communication skills for negotiating with delinquent accounts and presenting to management.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Credit Evaluation: Approve or disapprove the extension of credit to customers within designated geographic regions, strictly following pre-established corporate guidelines.
- Portfolio Analysis: Analyze and generate comprehensive reports on write-off activity to identify trends and mitigate future financial risk.
- Collections Management: Manage the collection of past-due payments. Ensure all collection matters are handled with fairness, courtesy, and promptness to optimize the turnover of accounts receivable.
- Cross-Functional Consultation: Partner with Credit, Sales, and Department Managers to discuss customer account statuses and determine the best course of action for delinquent accounts.
- Risk Communication: Proactively monitor the portfolio for potential credit concerns and communicate findings effectively to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing systems and procedures to recommend enhancements that increase the efficiency of the credit department.
