Responsibilities
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and implement HR functional initiatives.
- Provide HR support and coaching to mid-level managers on HR policies and processes, people management, and career development.
- Counsel and/or coach employees and mid-level managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal complaints, etc..
- Ensure effective talent management including recruitment to support the organization's growth.
- Assist mid-level managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee/departmental training needs and support employees to continuously develop their skills in their field of work.
- Partner with site, HR centers of excellence, and mid-level managers to coordinate and provide guidance on site activities, and drive employee engagement.
- Maintains compliance with US federal, and state employment laws and other human resources compliance issues.
- Collaborate with country HR leaders to drive / support benefits and policy harmonization as applicable.
- Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other Human Resources colleagues to evolve and implement services, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
