This is a full-time, hourly position responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of all accounts receivable operations, providing essential financial support that directly impacts the organization's ability to serve the community.
salary: $27 - $29 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile center deposits / corporate deposits
- Perform tuition cash applications
- Process return checks and submit uncollectible tuitions to Collection Agency
- Perform collection on aged invoices
- Prepare and enter month-end Journal Entries / inter-company cross charges Journal Entries
- Distribute monthly reports to mangers
- Reconcile some general ledger accounts and AR to GL
- Providing on-going supports to cost centers on various questions
- Support to periodic accounting audits and reviews
- Assist in documenting accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with projects and related office duties as required
