What You’ll Do Working in a professional call center environment, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. While you’ll be based in a dedicated cubicle and phone-focused, you’ll have the full support of established policies and a collaborative team.
- Order Management: Handle high-speed order entry, track shipping status, manage invoicing, and issue credits.
- Technical Consulting: Provide customers with detailed information regarding product applications, design options, and lead times.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints with empathy and a service-oriented attitude to ensure positive long-term relations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure every order is accurate and high-quality.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a customer-facing role. Retail stars are encouraged to apply! If you have a great attitude and face-to-face service experience, we will train you for the office.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Tech Skills: Excellent computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office 365.
- Preferred Skills: A mechanical aptitude or appreciation for industrial equipment/processes is a major plus! Experience with ERP systems (specifically SAP) will move you to the front of the line.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment.
