• Drive Production Execution: Lead the daily fabrication schedule, ensuring all work centers are staffed and workloads are balanced to meet strict deadlines.
  
  
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to supervisors, leads, and operators. You will handle performance reviews, employee development, hiring, and onboarding.
  
  
• Optimize Performance: Monitor key metrics including schedule adherence, labor efficiency, machine uptime, and scrap reduction to identify productivity improvements.
  
  
• Strategic Planning: Translate build plans into daily activities, proactively identifying bottlenecks and coordinating with Engineering and Maintenance to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Safety Ownership: Enforce rigorous safe work practices and PPE requirements, supporting a culture of continuous safety improvement. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Production Execution
 Lead daily execution of fabrication schedules
 Ensure fabrication equipment and work centers are staffed appropriately
 Balance workloads across laser, brake, turret, and hardware operations
 Identify and escalate production constraints early to maintain workflow
Team Leadership
 Lead and support fabrication supervisors, leads, and operators
 Conduct performance reviews and employee development discussions
 Manage attendance and address performance concerns
 Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training fabrication personnel
Production Performance
 Monitor and report production performance including:
o Schedule adherence
o Labor efficiency

o Scrap and rework levels
o Overtime utilization
o Machine uptime
o Safety performance
 Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste
Production Planning & Coordination
 Translate production build plans into daily fabrication activities
 Coordinate with Engineering to resolve drawing or process issues
 Work with Maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
 Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively adjust workloads to maintain production
flow
Safety & Compliance
 Enforce safe work practices and PPE requirements
 Support continuous safety improvement initiatives
 Ensure compliance with forklift operation standards and lockout/tagout
procedures
