Responsibilities
Program Planning & Timeline Management
Develop and manage comprehensive pilot and scale-up timelines, ensuring key milestones are clearly defined and consistently met
Build and maintain detailed project plans that account for dependencies, risks, and phased rollout across offices and Lines of Service
Proactively identify and flag risks or blockers, and recommend solutions to keep the program on track
Adapt plans quickly as the program evolves and new information becomes available
