Responsibilities
- Sanitization & Sterilization: Perform specialized cleaning of Grade A, B, and C cleanrooms using approved germicides and sporicides.
- Fill/Finish Support: Clean and prep equipment used in the filling, capping, and finishing of plasma products.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time cleaning logs and batch records. In pharma, if it wasn't documented, it didn't happen.
- Waste Management: Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials and chemical waste according to safety protocols.
- Gowning Compliance: Adhere to strict aseptic gowning procedures (masks, hoods, gloves, and suits) for extended periods.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor levels of cleaning supplies and PPE to ensure the production line never faces downtime.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device) is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a work ethic.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to follow complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without deviation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, and perform repetitive cleaning motions while wearing full aseptic protective gear.
- Attention to Detail: A "eagle eye" for cleanliness and a commitment to following safety protocols (OSHA/cGMP) to the letter.
