In this role, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day operations , moving beyond simple oversight to actively maximizing asset value and fostering elite tenant experiences. We are seeking a strategic thinker who can seamlessly bridge the gap between financial performance—handling everything from complex annual operating budgets to expense reconciliations —and hands-on site management.
Work Schedule & Flexibility This is a fully in-office role to ensure seamless collaboration with our maintenance, engineering, and leasing departments. However, we value deep work and administrative efficiency; once you are fully trained, you will be eligible for one "focus day" per week to work from home, allowing you to concentrate on budget preparation, lease administration, and detailed financial reporting.
Qualifications for Success
- Experience: At least five years of experience in Commercial Property Management, including supervisory experience.
- Licensing: A valid California Real Estate Salesperson License is required.
- Expertise: Proven success in preparing annual budgets, operating expense reconciliations, and lease administration.
- Presence: Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere and facilitate strong relationships with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations and implement action plans to maximize asset value.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, engineering, construction, leasing, and accounting departments. - Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships through regular site visits, meetings, and timely responses to work orders.
Financial Oversight: Manage accounts receivable, monitor aging reports, and ensure timely rent collections. Review and approve all portfolio-related invoices. - Vendor & Risk Management: Coordinate vendor relationships, review contracts for market competitiveness, and address issues related to life safety and liability.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual operating budgets, expense reconciliations, and capital budgets for renovations. Oversee financial reporting, including variance analysis and rent roll reviews.
- Compliance: Maintain detailed knowledge of lease agreements and monitor tenant compliance.
