- Big Box, DIY, and Hardware Retailers
- Sporting Goods Retail Chains

- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of employment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license required.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy: Own the execution for assigned growth channels, driving distribution expansion and profitable growth across key accounts.
- Partnership Management: Lead day-to-day account management across distributor, wholesale, and broker partners to ensure alignment on performance expectations.
- Opportunity Identification: Prioritize white-space opportunities by channel and customer, translating insights into actionable merchandising and promotional plans.
- Financial Performance: Maximize sales volume and revenue through data-driven selling, pricing strategies, and disciplined trade investment management.
- Category Leadership: Partner with customers on category management and assortment strategies, delivering insights-based business reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Supply Chain to execute store resets, new product launches, and in-store programs.
- Business Planning: Develop and present customized annual and quarterly business plans that align company priorities with customer objectives.
