Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- The "Clerk" Side: Take precise weights of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they match perfectly. You’ll be our "numbers person," reporting data, responding to emails, and handling basic administrative duties to keep the paperwork as clean as the floor.
- The "Production" Side: Get hands-on! You’ll lift, pull, and push materials to assist in the breakdown of components.
- The "Process": Sort and collect processed materials into designated piles (Pile A vs. Pile B) and load machinery to keep the recycling and distribution flow steady.
- The "Vibe": Maintain a high pace in a hybrid distribution/recycling environment where no two hours are exactly the same.
- Physical Stamina: You must be comfortable being on your feet all shift and able to lift, push, and pull heavy metal components when needed.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy matters! You need to be sharp with numbers when weighing products.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic email and administrative tasks.
- Reliability: You’re looking for a steady, full-time home with a team that counts on you.
