We are looking for an ambitious Financial/FP&A Analyst interested in bridging the gap between financial data and operational strategy. This is a hands-on role that transcends basic data reporting to provide strategic insights that influence business decisions. In this role you won't just be "running numbers"—you will be challenging business decisions, optimizing G&A spend, cost monitoring, and building the financial models that drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cycles of a global operation.

Responsibilities

This is not a technical IT role; it is a high-impact finance position for a candidate who enjoys digging into the numbers to influence business strategy and operational performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance preferred (or Accounting, Economics, Business or similar) with 2+ years of FP&A or related finance/accounting position supporting the following:
 

• P&L Management & Variance Analysis: Drive the monthly "Actuals vs. Budget" process, providing deep-dive commentary on variances to help leadership understand the why behind the numbers.
  
  
• Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a financial advisor to the HR and various departments, challenging operational assumptions and supporting cost-optimization decisions.
  
  
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Own the end-to-end Flash, Forecast, and Budget cycles, ensuring high accuracy in financial projections.
  
  
• Performance Storytelling: Translate complex financial data into executive-level PowerPoint presentations and dashboards that track KPIs against the strategic business plan.
  
  
• Internal Controls & Governance: Support the definition and implementation of Corporate Control activities (G&A) to ensure financial integrity across regional business units.
