- Execute comprehensive onboarding procedures, including E-Verify, I-9 documentation, drug testing, and fingerprinting.
- Manage employee lifecycle data within the ERP system, including new hire setups and termination processing.
- Liaise with IT to ensure new hires are equipped with necessary hardware and access.
- Oversee the production and distribution of employee ID badges.
- Ensure total alignment with state and federal employment laws.
- Administer disciplinary programs and provide guidance on employee relations.
- Coordinate the annual performance review process to drive employee development.
- Maintain mandatory labor posters and annual office compliance forms.
- Lead benefits administration, including weekly monitoring of changes and managing the annual open enrollment period.
- Support the administration of the company 401(k) plan.
- Collaborate with accounting on W-2 administration.
- Assist the safety team with workers' compensation cases and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) tracking.
- Experience: 3–7 years of HR experience; background in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Language: bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred to support our diverse workforce.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/HRIS systems.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of employment compliance and benefits administration.
