Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- AP Management: Execute end-to-end vendor billing with precision, optimizing payment schedules to eliminate late obligations and maintaining meticulous documentation.
- AR & Collections: Drive cash flow by generating prompt, accurate invoices and maintaining a disciplined follow-up rhythm on past-due accounts to meet aging targets.
- Strategic Onboarding: Manage the full customer setup process in Acumatica, ensuring data integrity and completeness from the start.
- Risk Mitigation: Evaluate creditworthiness based on internal criteria to establish appropriate limits and terms, proactively flagging high-risk accounts to protect the bottom line.
- Performance Alignment: Ensure credit decisions remain directly aligned with AR performance goals and overall financial health.
- Monthly Close: Own the month-end process, including comprehensive reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet items while resolving all discrepancies.
- Tax Compliance: Oversee sales tax tracking and filing to ensure timely, accurate submissions and constant audit readiness.
- Data Integrity: Maintain "decision-ready" books within Acumatica, identifying financial anomalies early and providing proactive communication to leadership regarding fiscal accuracy.
