Responsibilities
Strategy & Strategic Planning:
- Proven experience developing multi‑year strategies for large, complex organizations
- Ability to design and articulate strategy frameworks (vision, North Star, themes, roadmaps, value levers)
- Capability to translate ambiguity into structured, fact‑based strategic narratives
- Payments domain experience strongly preferred (e.g., ACH, wires, instant payments, investigations, servicing, controls)
- Understanding of operational, regulatory, and risk considerations in financial services environments
- Exceptional skill in creating executive‑ready decks, narratives, and decision materials
- Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, concise leadership messaging
- Comfort interfacing directly with senior leaders and domain experts
- Ability to piece together disparate context, data, and viewpoints into a coherent strategy or recommendation
- Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills to assess options, trade‑offs, and impacts
- Experience supporting integration planning, roadmap development, and sequencing of initiatives
- Familiarity with execution governance, dependency management, and progress tracking
- Ability to bridge strategy and delivery to ensure intent is preserved through execution
