The Opportunity: A leading recovery firm in Coral Springs is seeking a high-caliber Accounting Team Lead to bridge a critical "Resilience Gap." This is a high-visibility, temp-to-hire role designed for a technical expert who can maintain operational excellence during a leadership transition. We need a "Slam Dunk" professional ready to hit the ground running with immediate impact.
Core Responsibilities:
- Remittance & ACH Management: Execute end-to-end processing of ACH payments and high-volume remittances. Precision in fund allocation is the top priority.
- Commission Oversight: Manage complex monthly commission structures, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
- QBO Administration: Drive all daily accounting functions within QuickBooks Online, including reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Advanced Data Management: Utilize Excel (vLookups and Pivot Tables) to audit and prep large datasets for critical portal uploads.
- Knowledge Transfer: Participate in an intensive cross-training period to ensure 100% process continuity during a scheduled leave of absence.
- Experience: 5+ years of core accounting experience (Senior or Lead level preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (must be able to perform vLookups and Pivot Tables comfortably).
- Expertise: Proven track record managing ACH, remittances, and multi-tiered commissions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is strongly preferred.
- Availability: Must be able to work the required on-site schedule and start ASAP to maximize training overlap.

- Financial Reporting: Assist the CFO with month-end closing procedures, generating P&L statements, and providing variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Process Continuity: Lead the cross-training phase with the outgoing Lead to document tribal knowledge and ensure no disruption to the "Triton Value Proposition" during the maternity leave period.
