Responsibilities
- Develop sales goals and strategies to meet and exceed financial objectives.
- Train and coach account executives to consistently achieve targets and deliver strong performance.
- Plan and execute monthly and seasonal growth strategies to drive sustained success.
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability among account executives while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, representing the organization with professionalism and integrity.
- Serve as a leader across product, merchandising, marketing, and overall consumer experience.
- Meet organizational objectives and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Travel extensively with account executives to visit retail partners, attend industry events and trade shows, and participate in internal meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (BS/BA).
- 10+ years of experience in wholesale sales, merchandising, retail, buying, or related fields, with leadership responsibility.
- Ability to travel 60-75% of role, throughout the Northeast
- Dynamic, emotionally intelligent, and authentic leadership style.
- strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
