Responsibilities
- Consultative Quoting: Transform complex customer inquiries into precise, professional sales proposals. You will be responsible for ensuring that what the customer needs matches what is on the quote.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify high-potential leads and apply independent judgment to set competitive pricing. You will proactively hunt for new business while nurturing our existing client base.
- High-Impact Order Execution: Manage the entry and fulfillment of sales orders with a focus on 100% accuracy and rapid turnaround times.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving challenges. Whether it’s a shipping discrepancy or a technical question, you will negotiate solutions and coordinate with our Supply Management and Accounting teams to make it right.
- Local Market Presence: Foster deep-rooted industry relationships through phone outreach and occasional local in-person visits to stay top-of-mind with our partners.
- Product Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and technical specifications, positioning yourself as the "go-to" subject matter expert for our customers.
