The Role You Will Perform:
As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will manage multiple small-to-medium accounts with high complexity. Your core focus will be to facilitate seamless communication between Sales, Manufacturing, and Shipping to support on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders directly or through account managers; estimate and enter orders into the system with high accuracy.
- Work closely with production staff and utilize system to track order status and ensure manufacturing deadlines are met.
- Place timely orders for materials and supplies required for specific production runs.
- Act as the main point of contact for order status, quotations, changes, and confirmations. Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries professionally.
- Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain up-to-date customer data.
- Must be tech savvy.
