Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger through accurate invoicing, cash application, and regular A/R aging reviews to ensure timely collections
- Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policy before converting them in the ERP system.
- Ensure all order documentation aligns with revenue recognition policies and supports internal audit requirements.
- Identify and escalate non-standard terms or compliance issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Act as a professional point of contact for order status updates, tracking information, and complex billing inquiries.
