Responsibilities
- Streamline material planning, warehousing, and logistics with leadership to meet production forecasts and customer demands.
- Coordinate sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations to adapt to fluctuating demands and drive supplier development.
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to procure parts and materials for product development and custom projects.
- Manage inventory levels and delivery schedules to ensure the timely fulfillment of sales orders.
- Maintain inventory control and accuracy using ERP systems, physical counts, and discrepancy reconciliation.
- Oversee incoming quality inspections and manage external processing services to promptly resolve quality issues.
- Assemble component kits to support the Assembly department's production needs.
- Utilize SAP and Excel to generate data-driven reports for supply chain optimization.
- Provide excellent service and prompt communication to all internal customers and external vendors.
