We are seeking a Client Data Management Group (CDMG) Mail Operations Associate for a 6-month contract role based out of Malvern, PA. This hybrid position offers a stable, standard daytime schedule and the chance to directly support critical financial communications and controls.

- Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension or conversion)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Target Start Date: June 15, 2026
- Pay rate: $20-25 per hour (w2) based on experience
What We Are Looking For
Top Required Hard Skills:
- Great Keyboarding & Typing Skills: Speedy, accurate typing is essential for managing database workflows.
- Excellent Navigation Skills: Comfort learning and moving across multiple software applications and internal databases.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of general experience (related business or mail operations experience is a major plus), or a proven track record as a very quick learner.
- Education: Some college background is preferred; an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is great.
- Comfort working in a high-volume environment with strict time constraints.
- solid verbal/written communication and time management skills.
- A positive attitude, logical approach to problem-solving, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities
- Open, inspect, sort, batch, and prep monetary and clerical client requests.
- Seamlessly sort incoming mail and move workflows to their correct processing destinations.
- Build and maintain expertise across internal processing systems, policies, and procedures to meet department standards for quality and productivity.
- Collaborate productively with internal clients and team members to get the job done efficiently.
- Maintain solid client relationship management skills, keeping client needs as the primary focus.
- Assist management in researching workflow problems, minimizing client effort, and participating in special projects as assigned.
