Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in 35–40 patients daily, maintaining a steady, efficient flow during early morning peak hours.
- Provide patients with required clinical and registration forms, ensuring they are completed thoroughly and accurately.
- Input and update patient demographics, medical history forms, and registration details directly into the system
- Securely collect and process co-pays, outstanding balances, and self-pay payments at the time of service.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and answer initial patient inquiries with exceptional customer service.
