Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Provide high-level, executive-facing administrative support to senior operational and financial leaders. Manage complex calendars, coordinate large-group meetings, prepare executive presentations, and streamline daily operational logistics in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize daily agendas.
- Coordinate meetings and logistics for senior leaders, Executive Assistants, and large stakeholder groups.
- Prepare, edit, and format executive-facing PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials.
- Serve as a professional liaison between internal administrative teams and senior leadership.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex calendar management and large-group meeting coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office applications.
- Polished, executive-facing communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Preferred: Previous administrative support experience within a hospital or healthcare environment.
