- Consultative Selling: Utilize a proactive, "closing spirit" approach to overcome objections and articulate the value of our services to sophisticated, high-ego prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize the internal CRM (Close) effectively to manage sales activities, move prospects through the funnel, and ensure consistent conversions.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Business Development team to convert inbound and outbound leads into new business.
- Experience: Proven success in high-net-worth sales, with specific experience dealing with attorneys or legal professionals.
- Skills: closing ability, high energy, and the confidence to command a room and influence decision-makers.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (Close) and communication platforms (Slack) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not strictly required if the candidate demonstrates exceptional sales performance.
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
- OTE: $150,000 – $200,000
