Required Qualifications

• Experience & Education: High School Diploma (Logistics degree preferred) + 1–3 years in transportation, dispatch, or shipment execution.
  
  
• Systems & Tools: TMS experience (e2open TMF or Descartes Aljex strongly preferred); proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) & Teams.
  
  
• Freight & Audit: Knowledge of US ground freight (FTL, LTL, Intermodal), shipment lifecycles, and BOL document auditing accuracy.
  
  
• Execution & Communication: Ability to follow system processes independently under tight deadlines;  communication for driver, carrier, and warehouse coordination.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Tech: Experience with EDI booking/troubleshooting, visibility tools (Tive, MacroPoint), and dock scheduling (Open Dock).
  
  
• Specialized Ops: Background in cargo security, chain-of-custody, high-value program SOPs, and smart escalation judgment in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

•     1–3 years of experience in transportation operations, shipment execution, dispatch, or a related logistics role.

•     Hands-on experience with transportation management systems; direct experience with e2open TMF and/or Descartes Aljex strongly preferred.

•     Working knowledge of US domestic ground freight modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal) and standard shipment lifecycle milestones.
