We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly adaptable Project Coordinator to work as a Management of Assets Enterprise (MAE) Administrator to join our team in Taylor, TX within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational link between field engineers, tool hookup teams, contractors, and the software development group. You will drive data integrity, deliver user training, and help validate system features to optimize project execution, asset tracking, and tool installation workflows across the fab site.  

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a project management or project support role (experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or large-scale industrial construction environments is a plus).
  
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Preferred, not required).
  
  
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a foundational understanding of the software lifecycle management, design, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main technical and operational support contact for all MAE application requests from contractors and engineers within the semiconductor fab/construction environment.
  
  
• User Training & Enablement: Deliver hands-on training to contractors and engineers on utilizing the MAE application effectively both in the field and office.
  
  
• Data Integrity Management: Maintain system accuracy by adding, updating, and removing projects, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and Schedules of Rates (SORs).
  
  
• Tool Hookup Collaboration: Partner directly with Tool Hookup engineers and trade contractors to streamline installation workflows, tracking, and operational efficiency through MAE.
  
  
• Voice of Customer (VOC) Advocacy: Gather, review, and escalate user feedback, operational bottlenecks, and feature requests to the software development team.
  
  
• System Quality Assurance: Test new features, bug fixes, and system updates released by the development team, providing constructive feedback prior to site deployment.
