- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a project management or project support role (experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or large-scale industrial construction environments is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Preferred, not required).
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a foundational understanding of the software lifecycle management, design, and testing.

Responsibilities
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main technical and operational support contact for all MAE application requests from contractors and engineers within the semiconductor fab/construction environment.
- User Training & Enablement: Deliver hands-on training to contractors and engineers on utilizing the MAE application effectively both in the field and office.
- Data Integrity Management: Maintain system accuracy by adding, updating, and removing projects, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and Schedules of Rates (SORs).
- Tool Hookup Collaboration: Partner directly with Tool Hookup engineers and trade contractors to streamline installation workflows, tracking, and operational efficiency through MAE.
- Voice of Customer (VOC) Advocacy: Gather, review, and escalate user feedback, operational bottlenecks, and feature requests to the software development team.
- System Quality Assurance: Test new features, bug fixes, and system updates released by the development team, providing constructive feedback prior to site deployment.
