Join our Retirement Services Operational Support Team (Tier 2 CS&S) as a subject matter expert in retail and small business retirement solutions. In this role, you will provide specialized guidance on complex product lines—including Traditional, Roth, and Inherited IRAs, as well as SEP, SIMPLE, and individual 401(k) plans. Beyond answering elevated client inquiries, you will directly execute essential account transactions such as distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding adjustments.
