Responsibilities

• Within established guidelines, picks and packs customer, distributor, and contract orders via courier requested for shipment.
• Incumbents will utilize material handling equipment as primary means of fulfilling orders such as Carousel, List Picking via RF Scanners, Manual Picking, Pallet Jacks, Man-ups, and Fork trucks.
• Knowledgeable of Red Prairie Warehouse Management System for basic order processing, order look-up, and general troubleshooting of problem orders.

Responsible for one or more of the following areas: Picking orders (list picking via RF scanners), Scanning orders (via Red Prairie), Packing orders per customer/country requirements, and monitoring aging orders.  With time in position, employees must demonstrate proficiency in these areas.  Works under close supervision.
