Are you an experienced Maintenance Mechanic or Electric Technician who is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives on solving tough problems? Do you have an understanding of AC/DC motor therory? Have experience working with 3 phase and single phase motors? Have extensive understanding of electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance? We are looking for an individual to champion the quality of our products using both automated and manual tests, reporting and verifying defects. Responsibilities

Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on boilers, industrial washing machines, industrial dryers, conveyance systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Locates sources of problems by utilizing progressive industry standard troubleshooting techniques, which includes the use of precision measuring and testing instruments. 

Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts. Has a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and the operating logic of those technologies.

Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment and stainless steel welding

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
