This unique position with a fast-growing company is ideally suited for candidates with metal working experience (i.e. welding, CNC operations, etc.), experience with 480v electricity, PLC trouble shooting and programming plus some supervisory experience. This hybrid position requires working both in maintenance and production settings. This is an exciting position for a candidate that is looking for stability and growth. The supervisor/lead is responsible for both performing maintenance tasks as well as supervising maintenance staff to perform the same. The supervisor will also coordinate activities of company staff and outside vendors to meet stated goals.
