Responsibilities
Operates assigned machinery with established capabilities and continually works to improve productivity standards. Responsible for tool, equipment and established autonomous maintenance of the work center and execution of all 5S methodologies. Validates the quality of the material received, either raw or from the previous operation and the quality of the product leaving the operation Responsible for setup, output, and takedown of all operations on assigned machines. Responsible for troubleshooting machine functionality, and product output to ensure all safety and quality control standards are met. Responsible for validating customers' requirements by using Lapp Cable Works workmanship standards and all learned capabilities.
