Custom Made Meals is a Food manufacturing facility in Denver Colorado with 500 associates. We are the team behind the scenes of America’s home kitchens, producing 15,000 cases of fresh product every day from kebabs to stuffed jalapenos that we deliver to top retail stores across the county. We’re on a mission to put the love back in mealtime and are currently strengthening our team to meet the continual growth of our business. We are looking for additional leaders who can help guide our growth strategy and develop our teams.

Responsibilities
- Review work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and issue work assignments.
- Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.
- Coaches and develops warehouse and runner associates.
- Develop and implement plans for facility modification or expansion, such as equipment purchase or changes in space allocation or structural design.
- Schedule surface pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
- Exhibits detailed knowledge of all warehouse roles and is qualified in all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Safely operates forklift or other machinery in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods, operate pallet jacks, or other machinery in order to complete tasks such as unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products.
