Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspection procedures
- Stage and perform size and positional measurements on product parts using manual and CMM surface-plate techniques
- Develop software inspection programs for the CMM
- Perform maintenance for the CMM as needed
- Interact with management: reporting on status, activity, and achievements.
- Improve processes, methods, and developing plans toincrease efficiency.
- Coordinate with Engineers and team members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.
- Operates within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements
- Perform proper documentation
