Our client in the optical lense industry in Folsom CA is looking for experienced production workers. Multiple openings on 2nd shift. Pay $24.38/hr. Responsibilities

Select lenses/frames for each RxStock lens and/or frame shelves

Sort and deliver trays

Key Rx parameters into LMSLog, ship, receive orders (frames, supplies, etc)

Operate frame tracing unit Quality check filled Rxs

Prepare lenses for AR coating Operate generators Initial lens inspection for cosmetic defects

Blocking including prep and taping Wash up/de-blocking of lenses

Operate surfacing equipment

Operate tool cutter

Perform pin beveling (surface)

Edger Operation Edger calibration Pin beveling operation (Finish)

Hand stone operation including sizing and rolls

Roll and polish Operating manual drill mounting of frames including Zyl, metal and 3 piece Faceting and edge polishing

Manual edge polishing Finish blocking Tinting Operating auto drill machine Machine calibration to manufacturer’s specifications

Maintain unit standards, processes and procedures to ensure efficient, accurate and measurable results. Maintain awareness of all unit criteria, i.e., production standards, procedures, etc.



The essential functions of this role include:
