Responsibilities
Assigns work schedules, trains associates in warehouse processes and monitor’s associates’ progress.
Primary Duties: Perform the duties of a position being lead. Conduct training for new associates. Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required. Review documents prepared by associates of the work group for accuracy and legibility. Monitor and direct performance of associates within the work group. Open and/or close and secure the building as directed. Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected. Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Scope of Responsibility: Personnel scheduling, training. Key Relationships: Peers - Work with peers in order to complete warehouse functions accurately. Provides training. Management - Receive direction for adhering to company policies, practices, and procedures.
