Are you looking for a new opportunity as a warehouse team lead for a growing company in Concord, NC? We are currently hiring a team lead. In this role you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, monthly and annual output targets with the effective leadership of production personal under your direct assignment. The ideal candidate must have a background in production line experience, preferably in machine operation and have leadership expereience. In this role you will focus on keeping production on track and potentially filling in as an Operator when needed. This is a Direct Hire full time role. We have days and nights available. Day shift is a 12 hour shift on a 2/2/3 Schedule 5:45am-6:00pm. The night shift would be Monday-Thursday 6:00pm-6:00am. The hourly rate is $22.50 with Overtime included in the schedule. Responsibilities

 Perform beginning of shift activities as directed.
 Help coordinate operators scheduling to ensure uninterrupted operation of
production lines.
 Assume group leader responsibilities in the absence or unavailability of the
group leader.
 Take active role in quality control activities:

 Check and authorize slitting, assembly, and/or packaging
setups
 Generate Initial Process Inspection data and records
 Act on all non-conformances found
 Report any discrepancies to management and/or QA
 Actively participate in all improvement plans such as 5S, and kaizen.
 Coordinate and monitor the flow of raw materials in and out of production.
 Coordinate and monitor the flow of WIP and finished goods.
 Coordinate and assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and
processes.
